Awesome cocktails, great food and fantastic service. The Bay Gardens Beach Resort was the perfect hotel for a spoiling holiday. It is a new hotel that has been very tastefully done. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The bathrooms are more than you could need.

There are some things that are not complete as yet. The gardens are not well established and there is still a bit of construction on the property with the second restaurant still being built. But it was not obstructive at all. The facilities (pool and Jacuzzi) and rooms are complete.

The existing hotel restaurant is right alongside the beach. The view is great and the live entertainment at night adds to the mood. But I would also eat here for the food alone. The chefs were particularly accommodating of my difficult dietary requirements and each meal was prepared with such care.

The staff were always friendly and provided great hospitality. This is definitely a hotel that I would recommend and wish to return to at some point in the future.

Many thanks for the opportunity and remarkable experience we had at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort last week.  We felt that the Bay Gardens is conveniently located to the beach and easy access to other establishments in walking distance to the property.  The new bar (different for the island) is exquisite, plus the bartender very cordial and professional.   Dinner and service was superb.  The dining room staff, young in age, but trained very well. The site inspection showed how nicely appointed the rooms were with necessities and luxury items perfectly intertwined.  Yes, we would visit again and most definitely, recommend the Bay Gardens Beach Resort. We were so excited.

Me and my new Husband stayed at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort and had a fabulous stay. We were in St. Lucia as part of our Honeymoon and the staff couldn't have made us feel any more welcome. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was gorgeous, very spacious with a living room, dining area and kitchen. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the towels were changed at the same time.

Although it wasn't completely finished when we stayed there, the staff always made up for this fact. The spa wasn't up and running but we really wanted a massage. So the reception staff called the local spa and had her come and pick us up at the hotel, take us to the spa and bring us back afterwards.

We ate at the restaurant that was opened and the food was very nice but to be honest that didn't matter to me, as we were sitting right on the beach with the moon shining on the sea, bliss.
